Your stay in silence and tranquility is important to us and in respect of others, we ask you to reduce possible occasions of noise.

We would like to inform you that:
Dogs of a size not exceeding 20 kg are allowed. (they cannot climb on sofas and / or armchairs and / or beds).
Cats / birds are not allowed.
It is forbidden to organize parties / events.
Check-in time is flexible if Express check-in option is selected with the sending of documents before arrival and verification of deferred documents check in at agreed time.
Upon arrival, the tourist tax cash payment is required by the Municipal Council Resolution no. 164/139827 of 13/12/2012 (see attached information)

SAFETY RULES

For safety reasons, and to ensure compliance with the original booking (for example, the number of people in the original reservation), video cameras have been installed outside which allow us to monitor whoever enters and leaves the apartment.

HOUSE RULES

1. Hours: check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4pm.
CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed in advance with the owner.
Check-out is between 10 and 11 am unless otherwise agreed. There is no luggage storage after check-out.
20 EUROS WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY HOUR OF DELAY over 30 minutes, after the agreed check-in time, if the delay is not communicated before.
Scheduled or potential postponed check-ins (after 7 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO HOST BEFORE ARRIVAL AND A LATE CHECK-IN FEE OF 50 EUROS WILL BE APPLIED.
The late check-in fee must be paid upon arrival at the apartment, no access to the apartment will be granted until the payment is made.
2. Personal information:
As required by Italian law (article 40.1), the Italian Police requires us to report the identity of our guests. The information that guests are required to share are as follows: Name, Surname, Citizenship, Place and date of birth, Document number, Country of issue. We will process this data in full compliance with Italian and EU regulations on the use of personal data.
We understand that the sharing of personal information is a very sensitive matter and therefore we will respect and support the decision not to send information electronically in advance due to privacy issues. We will still ask for these details at check-in, although we strongly recommend sending them by email at the time of booking to avoid wasting time and allowing you a more relaxed arrival, and / or benefit from the Express Check-in bonus.
No additional guests are allowed. If it turns out that the people staying in the property are not named in the booking confirmation, you are in violation of the law and the contract and access to the property can be denied. No refund will be issued if access is refused due to breach of contract.
3. Disclaimer: we do not accept any liability for any claims, including but not limited to:
a) liability for personal injury, death, accident, loss, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
b) Possible delays or changes in programs or itineraries resulting from intentional or negligent acts or omissions.
c) monetary crisis, work problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or noise, weather anomalies, local laws, new or unexpected conditions.
4. Minors: minors under 18 must always be supervised by an adult.
5. Utilities: For environmental policy, please turn off all electrical equipment and lights when not in use and every time you leave the house.
6. The kitchen must be returned clean with the dishes washed. Otherwise an extra cleaning charge will be applied equal to the hours used with a minimum extra charge of 40 €.
7. Quiet hours: 22 to 8 am: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum during this period.
8. Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside. Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard. No candles or fires of any kind are allowed in the apartment.
9. Laundry: it is possible to use the washing machine and the dryer. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing or forgotten items, lost or stolen. Read and follow the instructions of the machine.
10. Damage: Please report any non-functional equipment, damage, hazards or breakdowns immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for any negligent, accidental, intentional or involuntary damage to the inside or outside of the house, caused by the host, his family or his guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement and other expenses and related costs. A cleaning fee of 250 euros will be charged if smoke is detected in the apartment upon departure.
11. The security deposit will be returned less damages and costs after the verification following the vacancy of the house.

FAST Check-out
If there is no damage that you feel you should notify and discuss with the host, you can take advantage of the quick check-out if you agreed to automatically charge your card for the extra costs and extras you have listed in the appropriate form. The form provides a legally binding statement stating that there has been no damage to property during your period of stay and you authorize the charge on your card of all of the extras.
