The personal data supplied by you will be processed by Case di Zenzero on paper, computer or online support.

Case di Zenzero reserves the right to remove the data received from its archive, where the data received are inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Given the possibility that the information provided to Case di Zenzero contains sensitive data, such data may be processed by Case di Zenzero only with your explicit consent. Therefore, Case di Zenzero asks you for an explicit consent to the processing of such data, which in the absence of conferment will not allow the guest to complete the booking. Your consent is freely revocable, at any time but without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before the revocation, by sending an email to the address below this information.
4. Circulation of data
For the pursuit of the purposes described in paragraph 2 above, the personal data provided may circulate in the following areas:
A. Scope attributable to Case di Zenzero – your data may be used by staff of Case di Zenzero who have been assigned a specific role of processor and who have been given appropriate instructions and are committed to confidentiality.
B. Scope not attributable to Case di Zenzero – your personal data must be transmitted to the Ravenna Police Headquarters and other bodies required by law, as required by Italian law.
5. Dissemination of data
Your data will never be published, exposed or made available / consultation of indeterminate subjects.
6. Data retention
The personal data that you have provided us will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the purposes described above.
7. Rights of the interested party
