The house, which is independent, was built in the early ‘900 and completely renovated in 2018, it really is a gem, a boutique maison that will give you an enveloping environment, a pleasant, relaxing and silent atmosphere of total privacy.
It is conveniently located and a 5-minute walk will take you to Porta Adriana, which will introduce you to the main pedestrian shopping street, to restaurants and mosaics, there you will discover the Mausoleo of Galla Placidia, the National Museum of Ravenna, the Basilica of San Vitale, the Franciscan cloisters, the famous Domus (house) of stone rugs, along with other monuments recognized by UNESCO as a cultural heritage of humanity.
The unit consists of four rooms: two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a smaller one with bunk beds (a bed 120×190 + a bed 80×190), a large living room with sofa bed and kitchen, two bathrooms and a small courtyard with a large fireplace for barbecuing.
The armored entrance door with electronic locking is protected by an access code, which will be delivered to you upon arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay.
Within a few minutes walking distance you will also find some of the best restaurants in Ravenna, such as Il Gallo, Il Rustichello, Pizzeria la Corte, …
There is a covered public parking space 5 minutes walking distance from the house, as well as other parking available in the area. The road leading to the house is small and characteristic and although the house can be reached by car to bring your baggage there, it will be difficult to find a parking space in this historic and narrow street.
